Moving into 2021, it is more important than ever to regularly destress the system, relax and sleep well. This fortnightly online class combines slow, restorative yoga with meditation, breathwork and yoga nidra, to help you shed the stress and get a good night’s sleep. Gentle yoga is accessible for all levels. At a later time to suit the bedtime bound bods.
