Shine yoga is irreverent, fun, accessible yoga that gives you all the mind and body benefits of traditional yoga, but with a fun twist. Shine yoga understands that we all learn and process information differently, and all have different physical, and mental needs and takes those into account in the yoga space, as well as helping you take your yoga shine into your week ahead with some delicious hypnotherapy.

Shine Yoga combines deep and integrated vinyasa flow- yoga with hypnotherapy, breath work and yoga philosophy. The purpose of Shine yoga is to empower you to feel your best in body and mind, no matter who you are. Shine yoga helps to create mental and physical resilience, an understanding of how the mind and body works, and is a lot of fun.

Shine yoga is suitable for beginners as well as seasoned yogis and I welcome all ages, genders, body types, and abilities.
