Summer is here, and things are opening up, and so it is more important than ever to regularly destress the system, relax and sleep well. This weekly online class combines slow, restorative yoga with meditation, breathwork and yoga nidra, to help you shed the stress and get a good night’s sleep, even on hot summer nights. Gentle yoga is accessible for all levels. At a later time to suit the bedtime bound bods.
